You will work alongside the French Inside Sales team and will be accountable for executing business growth plans, to deliver against the budgeted revenue/gross profit figures across our high value customers who utilise our messaging products.
What you’ll be doing
You will be expected to gain new business and manage existing accounts whilst assisting the company in building strong relationships with customers and the positioninong of the company as a trusted business partner.
This role is about providing great account management to our customers. Developing and managing our customer accounts for both existing and emerging customers
You will be responsible for;
- Providing great customer service to existing customers
- Assisting with on boarding new customers as and when needed
- Advancing sales opportunities with prospect qualification, development, production and presentation of solutions and contract negotiation and agreement
- Work towards KPIs – number of calls, number of opportunities created, opportunities closed etc
- Identifying customer requirements in order to upsell existing and new solutions
- Maintaining the CRM – for both new and existing customers
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
- Promotion of a positive team culture and team working
- Fulfilling other duties as and when requested
What we’re looking for
We’re interested in hearing from candidates with experience in the following areas:
- Fluent/native in French
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- B2B experience
- A strong background in new business development/account management
- Successful track record in analysing accounts and achieving sales targets
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Self-motivation and confidence
- Experience of web based applications and Windows
- A willingness to learn
- Frequently meeting and exceeding targets set in a previous sales role
- Professional/consultative style
- Determining customer requirements and specifying technical solutions
- An excellent communicator and team player, with a results oriented outlook and a clear ability to capitalise on any potential new business opportunity
- Sales experience of offering software solution/services (SAAS)
- Knowledge of the SMS and telecoms industry
- Knowledge of marketing and messaging tools
